1. The vibrator has a high frequency, high exciting force, low amplitude and big exciting area. It can advance the liquidity and plasticity of the concrete, enhance the compactness and quality of the structure.

2.  It's high frequency makes the shaping up fast. The construction on tall bridge piers can also be formed in one piece.

3. The template loss is small. Because of the high frequency and low amplitude, the energy consumed on the template is very low and the working life of the vibrator is therefore prolonged.

4.  It is easy to use. The vibrator is small and light and has a Quick Attach Detach structure. It takes only 30 sec. to attach or detach a vibrator. This saves 75% of time and manpower compare with the normal type. The attach method is our patent of invention and it became the standard in China.

5.  We choose high temperature wire to make the stator coils, high vacuum impregnation, so the insulation temperature is up to 180°C.

6.  We choose High-speed torque bearings.

7.  Fully sealed waterproof.

8.  The working life is longer than four time of the ordinary vibrator. This is because of the high vibrating frequency. It only needs to work for 40 to 60 sec. at one time. Thus the working life is prolonged, the maintenance costs are lower and the construction costs are cut down.
